プログラムの目的

Vulcanusプログラムは日本からの研修学生に8ヶ月に渡る貴社でのトレーニングを提供します。 企業に対しては価値ある貢献が期待され、学生には生涯にわたるプロフェッショナルな経験の場となります。 Vulcanus in Europeプログラムは以下のような目的に基づいて実施されています。

• 当該分野を専攻する学生がEU内での企業で研修を行うことにより、日本とのビジネスの発展に貢献すること
• 日本のビジネス界を背負う将来のエグゼクティブがヨーロッパのビジネス文化・経済構成と制度に慣れ親しみ、将来、ヨーロッパに係わるビジネスの場で活躍を期待すること

背景

本プログラムは1996年欧州委員会と経済産業省 (METI)により、日本とヨーロッパ間の産業協力の促進と円滑化、また、相互理解を深める事を目的に開始されました。 日欧産業協力センターが実施機関となり本プログラムを運営しています。

対象

日本とのビジネスコンタクトの有無に拘らず、EUにおける全ての企業がVulcanus in Europe プログラムの対象です。

対象となる研修学生について

• 研修生は以下のいずれかの条件を満たす学士課程の3年または4年生、または修士課程における学生が対象です: エンジニアリング (機械、電気、 電子、 土木、核 など)/ 建築 / 生物、科学、バイオテクノロジー、物理 /メタルマテリアルズ、セラミックス / コンピュータサイエンス、テレコミュニケーション / プロダクションシステム....
• 研修学生の選考は貴社の希望に基づいて行われます。
• 学生の成績証明、指導教員による意見、また参加学生の志望・動機、適応性については選考過程において考慮されます。研修内容は貴社によって提案をしていただきます。当センターによって選考過程が行われ、貴社により研修生の最終決定が行われます。
• 研修の開始前には16週間にわたり、研修企業内で使用する語学の研修を日欧産業協力センターがアレンジし、費用補助します。
• 貴社の研修に参加する学生は既に一般的なヨーロッパの文化・産業・EUに関する知識があることが条件ですが、日欧産業協力センターは研修学生のヨーロッパ到着後すぐ、ブラッセルにて同内容の研修を実施いたします。

研修期間・時期・費用

8ヶ月間に渡る日本からの学生研修(August 2011 to March 2012).

貴社においては下記の費用が発生します。：

• € 6,600　（研修費用）：　貴社より日欧産業協力センターにお支払いいただき、同額が研修生に支払われます。 または、貴国の法規に則り、直接支払いが求められる場合には、貴社より研修生に直接支払われます。 いずれの支払い方法においても、受取り手には、各国の税制が適用された税引後の金額（€ 6,600）が支払われなければなりません。
• （以下、対象となる場合）賃金、ビザ、労働許可書に関わる貴国の税金および費用

（EU域内のビザ、社会保障制度に関わる案件については各国レベルでの法律に則ります。 ヴルカヌスは通常、社会保障、課税申告等が免除されていますが、万が一、貴社が貴加盟国の法規適用により、その他の費用が発生する場合には、日欧産業協力センターまでご連絡下さい。）

研修における契約

研修生のヨーロッパ到着前（研修の始まる±4ヶ月前）に貴社、研修生、日欧産業協力センターはVulcanus in Europeプログラムにおける３者間の権利、責任に関する契約を結びます。

* Laws on issues such as visas and social security contribution within the EU are set at national level. Vulcanus is normally exempt from social security contributions. Nonetheless your company will be liable for any further costs arising from applicable law in the Member State in question. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information or assistance.
