The Tohoku region of Northern Japan was left devastated after the Great East Japan Earthquake on 11 March 2011 and Japan is in the process of re-constructing the affected region.
On this web-page, you will find English versions of the procurement notices issued by the local governments in the affected Tohoku region. European companies that are, in the spirit of cooperation, willing to extend a helping hand to the region and have the technical means as well as the capabilities for providing services so as to help re-construct the region are welcome to tender.
