Training programme in Japan for EU managers - Call for applications

Duration: 4 weeks with an opitional 5th week
Training dates: From Monday, 18 May 2009 to Friday, 12 or 19 June 2009

- The EU-Japan Centre is currently calling for applications for the Human Ressources Training Programme - Japan Industry Insight (HRTP). This 4-week programme (with an optional 5 th week) in Japan provides an outstanding opportunity for EU companies to acquire within a short time an integrated in-depth view of Japanese industrial structure and business practices.
- The “HRTP – Japan Industry Insight” programme is targeted at EU managers who have a major role in defining and implementing their company's policies in relation to Japan, or who are to be transferred to Japan, or who wish to be kept informed about management practices in Japan.
- For SMEs, the EU-Japan Centre of Industrial Cooperation covers all costs directly related to the programme (i.e. language courses, conferences, seminars and group study trips - including travel outside Tokyo). For all-sized companies, accommodation costs of a single room for participants staying at a local hotel, selected by the Centre, will be also covered. The participant's company covers travelling expenses to/from Japan as well as subsistence expenses in Tokyo, excluding accommodation.
