TOCOG inviting companies interested in provision of temporary overlays

The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) posted an invitation to companies that are interested in provision temporary facilities

for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics to register at its procurement section.  The invitation is currently listed only in Japanese, which might lead to European SMEs to miss this notice.

Registration with TOCOG might be beneficial as this survey of companies is expected to be used to draft specifications and quantities for tenders issued later for provision of temporary sanitary facilities tents and containers.

TOCOG lists a as a precondition in the notice that companies must have earlier experience in provision of temporary facilities (both rental and lease schemes)

Other, more detailed conditions include:

1. To have the ability to supply  and design, or possess or procured one of the following items:

Registration is possible by sending the forms (1) (2) provided with the notice to TOCOG at procurement@tokyo2020.jp . Deadline for the first phase registration is September 15, 2017 17:00 JST.
