EKKO organic cold pressed unrefined rapeseed oil is officially certified – 100% organic, completely clean & natural product. Made only from finest quality ecologically grown rapeseeds complying with the strictest quality standards & using the most advanced cold-pressing technique.
Our selected production process ensures the retention of all valuable substances present in rapeseeds. Organic cold pressed unrefined rapeseed oil is extra rich in Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, also lysine, cysteine, methionine amino acids and vitamin E – all necessary for human health. Lácteos Martínez- Queso Los Cameros is a medium-size family company founded in 1961 and located in the north of Spain in Haro (La Rioja). Currently we are producing 2 million kg of cheese per year and exporting successfully up to 20 countries.
As you can see in our web sites www.loscameros.es, www.quesocamerano.com we have a wide range of natural rind cheeses. We let moulds develop on the surface of the cheeses and rub them with olive oil baths.
We also have PDO Camerano goat cheeses and PDO Manchego sheep cheeses.

Strakka Ltd
The company was established in Strakka Estate, which appears on Abraham Ortelius’s map of 1573, having a story of more than 60 years in olive oil production. The estate was always known for its olive oil production. Currently, Strakka owns an area of 50 hectares with 9000 olive trees, including Koroneiki, Kalamon and Cyprus olive varieties growing organically since 1998. Since then, soil is not cultivated remaining undisturbed in order to allow the enhancement of micro-organisms in the soil as well as the tree roots. The trees are carefully managed to establish maximum growth and healthy, productive olive trees. Aim of the company is the production of high-quality organic olive oil with increased polyphenol content. To achieve this, milling and bottling facilities have been developed onsite. The fruits are harvested in optimum maturity, they are harvested and milled using cold pressing prosses within a few hours in order to restrict exposure of olive oil on different degrading factors. Through the years, the company’s olive oils have been awarded for their quality and their high polyphenolic content.

High Phenolic Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This product is packaged in non-transparent bottles of 250 ml quantity. The organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from Kalamon olives harvested early (green colour). The product is rich in phenolic content and fits the EU health claim for enhanced health protective properties (Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012) and is associated to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recognizing olive oil polyphenols, including compounds of oleocanthal and oleagenin, as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The regulations can be applied only to olive oil containing at least 250 mg of polyphenols per 1kg of olive oil. The product is certified by Lacon.
