On October 31st, the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidder for the tender concerning "Ground Investigation for the Village Plaza of the Olympic and Paralympic Village". The contract was won by Yamato Foundation Design Co.,Ltd. As usual, the organising committee did not make public how many other companies took part in the competition.
