On November 5, the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidder for a tender "Construction Works for Team Processing Centre etc. for the Athletes' Village". The contract was won by a joint venture between two companies Tokyu Construction and Tokyu Renewal, which is actually a fully owned company of the the former.
