On August 22, Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidder for the tender concerning "Consultation of the Tokyo area ORN of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020.". The contract was won by Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. The company had already secured other Olympics related contracts, such as the preliminary design of temporary overlays at a number of the Olympic venues.
TOCOG did not publish any information on the number of companies participating in the procedure.
