On November 28, the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidder for a tender "Preliminary Design of Temporary Parking space". The contract was won by HIGASHI-NIHON SOGO KEIKAKU CO.,LTD.
