On June 23, Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidders for three tenders concerning traffic surveys at various Olympic venues. The first two tenders were not published internationally and all were conducted with short lead times. TOCOG did not publish how many bidders took part in the competition, but SURVEY RESEARCH CENTER CO., LTD managed to win two of the contracts, including the one tender internationally.
