The JTPP Helpdesk supports European enterprises throughout the entire tendering process in Japan, drawing on both in-house and external experts.
A substantial part of this expert support is provided free of charge to EU SMEs, covered by the Helpdesk. We aim to offer tailor-made support to our clients, with a first response within two business days. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about public procurement and, where necessary, to put you in touch with the relevant experts.
Before submitting your enquiry, please note that the JTPP Helpdesk’s services are available only to enterprises based in EU member states, or in countries associated with the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA).
