NISSEI's unique technologies allows you to introduce more productive, higher strength and more eco-friendly metal deforming process instead of machining/cutting metal and grinding work.

NISSEI has epoch-making double thread anti-loosening bolt as existing part products which is named as “PLB (Perfect Lock Bolt) V2” which has function that prevents nuts’ reverse rotation.

Areas of applications are railways, aircrafts, automobile, ships, road signs, signboards, high voltage pylons, piping for oil refinery plants, wind power, turbines for power plants, rolling equipment for ironworks, press machines, molding machines, belt-conveyors, farm equipment etc. Also looking for companies in need of secure U-bolts.
