オランダのスピンオフ中小企業 SCIL Nanoimprint は、ナノインプリントのソリューションのための機械、素材、加工を開発販売しています。同社は「基板コンフォーマルインプリンティングリソグラフィ」（SCIL）を専門としています。

同社によるナノプリントリソグラフィーは、費用対効果が高く、ウエハー上にナノおよびマイクロパターンの両方を構成する、高い耐久性と高収率を備えたプロセスです。将来的に大量生産の準備が整った場合には、自動化されたプロセスをもちいることにより、1時間あたり最大60枚のウエハーに対応することが可能です。また、ウエハーのサイズは小さいもので2インチ（50ミリメートル）、最大12インチ（300ミリメートル）まで幅広く対応できます。

このオランダ企業は、同社の技術に関心があるナノパターン、マイクロパターンにより構成されるウエハーをベースとする製造業者とのパートナーシップの機会を求めています。

なお、同社は2023年2月1日～3日に東京ビッグサイトで開催される「第22回国際ナノテクノロジー総合展・技術会議」内の、オランダ・ハイテク・パビリオンに出展いたします。
