Webinar: Anti-loosening bolts: introducing the Perfect Lock Bolt ("PLBv2")

April 20 2021

Description: this webinar is aimed at introducing an innovative new technology from a Japanese
company (Nissei Co. Ltd.) for an anti-loosening bolt to add value to bolt production. Nissei is looking to
license out their proprietary anti-loosening bolt technology to third parties potentially interested in the
production of the bolts . The form-rolling dies can be rented from Nissei as an option as well. This
innovative bolt, called PLBv2, is proven to be overperforming by applying ISO16130 requirements
showing a 93% residual clamp force after a 2000 HZ vibration, which is record-breaking in the fastener
industry. Additionally, the PLBv2 relies on mechanical principles, not friction by deformation,
accordingly, repeated usage is another interesting feature of this innovative product.

For general info about the PLBv2: https://www.nisseiweb.co.jp/e/products.php?page=plbv2

During the the presentation you will learn;
- About Nissei and its history
- What the PLBv2 is and how it works (e.g. the technical details; how to assemble, and tighten the
outer nut with one action; how to take off, and unfasten the outer nut, and take off the inner nut
by hand with one action)
- What is the technology offer from Nissei
