Registration form for 26th BRT Annual Meeting / 第26回BRT年次会合　ご出席登録フォーム

Please use this form to register for the 26th EU-Japan Business Round Table, taking place on Wednesday, 12 February 2025 in Tokyo and online. The main venue for the meeting will be Tokyo Prince Hotel.

Notes for people planning to join the meeting physically in Tokyo:

  • The BRT Secretariat aims to confirm places for BRT Principal Members or his/her Representative within a few days of receiving an application.
  • Because of the size and layout of the room, the number of seats in the room for Sherpas is limited. Thus, each BRT company/organisation can have two on-site attendees (a Principal Member/Representative and a Sherpa).
  • Observers can attend online. If they would like to join the meeting in person, their place will only be confirmed in late January.

  • プリンシパル様ならびにシェルパ様のご参加については、参加登録後数日で事務局より座席確保のご連絡を差し上げます。
  • 会場の座席数に限りがございますため、1社につき2名（プリンシパル様1名、シェルパ様1名）でのご参加をお願いいたします。
  • オブザーバー様はオンラインにてご参加いただけます。会場でのご参加につきましては、1月下旬に座席確保のご連絡を差し上げます。

I understand that online participants will be subject to the same speaking rights as physical participants. Thus, BRT Principal Members or their Representatives, Guest Speakers and senior Authority online attendees will be able to request speaking rights, allowing them to be seen and heard. All other online attendees (Sherpas, Observers and working-level Authority participants) would be passive and silent attendees and so would not be able to request speaking rights.私は、プリンシパルメンバーまたは代表者、ゲストスピーカー、および日欧両政府関係者がオンラインで参加する場合、発言権があることを確認しました。シェルパ、オブザーバー、日欧両政府関係者代表者以外には発言権がないことを確認しました。
Please indicate how you intend to join the 26th Annual Meeting (in-person or online). Principal Members from both sides of the BRT who are able to travel to Tokyo are encouraged to join the meeting at the Tokyo Prince Hotel.

Because of the size and layout of the room, the number of seats in the room for Sherpas is limited. Thus, each BRT company/organisation can have two on-site attendees (a Principal Member/Representative and a Sherpa).

Observers can attend online. If they would like to join the meeting in person, their place will only be confirmed in late January.

Should a Principal Member, Representative, Guest Speaker or senior Authority participant decide to join the meeting remotely, they would have active participation rights (ability to speak and be seen). 

第26回年次会合のご参加方法（東京プリンスホテルにてご参加／Zoomでのオンライン参加予定）をご選択ください。日本側、EU側に関わらず、東京にお越しいただけるプリンシパル様は、東京プリンスホテルにご参集いただければと存じます。

東京会場の座席数に限りがございますため、1社につき2名（プリンシパル様1名、シェルパ様1名）でのご参加をお願いいたします。

オブザーバー様はオンラインにてご参加いただけます。会場でのご参加につきましては、1月下旬に座席確保のご連絡を差し上げます。
