Japan – Lithuania business forum and networking event was held on 9th of October, 2018.
The Prime Minister of Lithuania Saulius Skvernelis paid official visit to Japan with a high-level business delegation, on a five day trade visit promoting business links between two countries in fields of life sciences, ICT, lasers and food industry. Enterprise Lithuania together with the Japanese External Trade Organization (JETRO) and Embassy of Lithuania in Japan organized a trade mission to Japan from 8-12th of October, 2018. This mission consisted of Japanese business forum, a networking event and B2B meetings between Japanese and Lithuanian companies. Moreover, Lithuanian companies had the opportunity to participate in biotech partnering conference, BioJapan, and visited Japan‘s leading exhibition for agricultural/horticultural technology, AgriWorld.
Joint venture established in 1987 by the European Commission (DG GROW) and the Japanese Government (METI) for promoting all forms of industrial, trade and investment cooperation between the EU and Japan.
