BRT registration form for 16 April 2026 / BRT2026年次会合　ご出席登録フォーム

Please use this form to register for the 2026 EU-Japan Business Round Table, taking place on Thursday, 16 April in Brussels and online. The main venue for the meeting will be the European Commission's Berlaymont Building in Brussels.

Notes for people planning to join the meeting physically in Brussels:

  • The BRT Secretariat aims to confirm places for BRT Principal Members or his/her Representative within a few days of receiving an application. However, because of the size and layout of the room, the number of seats in the room for Sherpa is limited. This means that the BRT Secretariat is unlikely to be able to confirm Sherpa places until late February.
  • So that the European Commission can issue each physical participant with a "V-Pass" to allow them to enter the building, anyone indicating that they plan to attend the meeting physically MUST complete the additional "V-Pass" questions. The EU-Japan Centre will send the Commission the answers to these "V-Pass" questions so that it can issue the V-Passes accordingly. The V-passes are likely to be issued in batches starting in March.

  • プリンシパル様のご参加については、参加登録後数日で事務局より座席確保のご連絡を差し上げます。
    シェルパの方については、会場の座席数が少ないため、可能な限りオンラインでの参加をお願いいたします。ブリュッセル会場にて参加をご希望のプリンシパル代理の方及びシェルパ様につきましては、現地でご参加いただけるかどうかの事務局からの確認連絡は２月下旬になることをご了承ください。
    その他オブザーバー様はオンラインでの参加をお願いいたします。
  • ベルレモン入館には欧州委員会より発行されるV-Passが必要です。ベルレモンにご来場予定を選択すると、V-Passに必要な情報欄が表示されますので、必要情報を入力してください。BRT事務局よりいただいた情報を欧州委員会へ連絡し、3月上旬以降に欧州委員会がV-Passをメールで発行します。

BRT Principal Members from both sides of the BRT who are able to travel to Brussels are encouraged to join the meeting in person at the Berlaymont Building.  Physical Sherpa seats are limited, so Sherpas are encouraged where possible to join the meeting online as the number of remote participants is unlimited. Anyone wishing to join the meeting online should select "I prefer to join the meeting remotely / オンライン参加予定" when registering.

V-PASS QUESTIONS / V-Passに必要な情報

People planning to attend the annual meeting on-site at the Berlaymont MUST provide additional information, so the Commission can issue them with a "V-Pass".

Information provided in this section will ONLY be used to process the V-Pass, to this end, the BRT Secretariat will forward it to the European Commission. On the day of the meeting, physical participants will need to show either a virtual copy of their V-Pass (a QR code on their smartphone) or a paper copy, together with their passport / identity card.

V-Pass applications will be processed in batches. It is recommended that the participant's own email address is given (not his/her assistant's one) so that they receive their V-Pass directly.
