Please read carefully the eligibility criteria before filling the form in.

Eligibility Criteria

Should your company comply with the 7 points below listed, we will be pleased to promote your company on www.eufood2Japan.eu.
Should your company not comply to all the below listed points, the Centre might be able to identify other support on offer.

The company must:

1. Be a SME (single entity, no networks representative)
2. Be a F&B manufacturer (produce or transform the product and should not subcontract its production, or be a trading company)
3. Produce EU Organic Food & Beverage products,
4. OR Produce EU F&B products with specificities such as “natural food”, or “free-from food” etc.
   • AND that have other types of certifications (national or regional)
   • OR have one of the below listed EU certifications.
     • Geographical indications (GI)
     • Protected Designation of Origin (PDO)
     • Protected Geographical Indication (PGI)
5. Have a European legal status and located in one of the EU Member State
6. Have information about the company available on a website

EU manufacturer should also:

• Comply with social contribution activities such as:
  • Follow fair and sustainable production methods, Green growth
  • Take care of conservation of biodiversity and environmental protection

APPLICATION PROCESS

The application form should be filled in (see below) and sent to Jessica Michelson with the below-listed items:

1. Pictures of the product(s) (minimum 3 pictures of each product)
2. Pictures of the production site, production process (MUST HAVE and minimum 3 pictures)
3. Logo of the company
4. Logo(s) of the certifications, if any such as bio, organic, or other types of certifications
