Dandelions, Ground elder and Nettles contain impressive amounts of vitamins and minerals. Dandelions have revealed rich sources of β-carotene, which protects cells from oxidation and cellular damage. Ground elder are high
in vitamin C and provitamin A, essential oils, minerals: iron, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium and potassium, flavonoids. Nettle contains vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, amino acids and antioxidants, which help in fighting off free radicals.
