VR ACETI was founded in the Modena countryside, an area famous around the world for its production of balsamic vinegar. We are pound of our culinary heritage which rooted in this area for generations and handed down by families who have always lived there.

モデナのバルサミコ酢は、特定の品種のブドウから作られ、ビネガーオーク樽で熟成されます。その結果、美しく深い色合いと、フルーツとオークの香りを持つ独特の味わいを持つビネガーが生まれます。製造工程では、伝統的な製法を守りつつ、自然で奥深い製品を生み出すために、近代的な技術も活用しています。私たちの製品は、着色料や増粘剤を使用していません。原材料の加工から瓶詰めまでの全製造工程は、管理・認証機関によってその保証を受けています。

EtOH is a start-up company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company was founded by Tobias Emil Jensen, who previously started one of the most famous microbreweries in Denmark. In 2017 he left the beer business to explore the future of whisky and spirits making. Through years of development and academic research we have invented, and refined methods to accelerate ageing of spirits.
