Biofournilは、1978年に設立されたオーガニックベーカリーで、100％オーガニックの伝統的な天然酵母パンの製造を専門としています。私たちのパン職人は、伝統的な製法を用いて、パンをゆっくりと練り込み、長時間発酵させ、石板で焼成するなどすべての製造工程にこだわりを持ち、品質を約束します。石臼で挽いたGMOフリーの有機穀物粉、天然酵母、純水、未精製の海塩など、最高級のオーガニック素材を使用しています。

私たちは、スペインで手作りのグラノーラを製造しているパイオニアです。私たちのグラノーラは、エキストラ・バージン・オリーブオイルを使った地中海の香りがする、最高品質の製品です。オリジナルのレシピを守り、スペインで手作りされています。

Based in the South of France, since 140 years, CEPASCO works as its origins: from raw products, it select spices, it ensures the screening, sieving, cleaning, sizing, milling and mixing of spices in its workshop next to Marseille.  This know-how recognized in the world of spices is complemented by a constant search for quality & rare spices throughout the world. All our spices and herbs are 100% pure and 100% natural.
We buy 200 herbs (rosemary, thyme, herbs of Provence…), spices (ginger, cinnamon, cumin, …) and seasonings (black, white peppers, …) so as to produce more than 2 500 references. We are expert in the production of mixes such as curry, tandoori, BBQ, ….
We have different brands for FOOD SERVICE, RETAIL and INDUSTRIAL.
We are well known in France with our iconic product “The SPIGOL” a mix of spices with 3% of Saffron so as to colour and perfume rice (Paella), pasta, sauces…
We have different certifications such as IFS, Organic, Label Rouge, IGP …
Since a year, we have launched new ranges of ORGANIC & PREMIUM products. In our CSR approach, we particularly want to engage in a field of Organic Provence Herbs from local producers. Thus, our Provence Herbs, our Oregano, our Rosemary, our Saffron, our Camargue Salt and our Thyme are PROVENCE origin.

200種類のハーブ（ローズマリー、タイム、プロヴァンスのハーブ...）、スパイス（ジンジャー、シナモン、クミン...）、調味料（ブラックペッパー、ホワイトペッパー...）を購入し、2,500種類以上の製品を製造しています。私たちは、カレー、タンドリー、BBQ、.... のようなミックスの製造のエキスパートです。
私たちは、フードサービス、リテール、インダストリアル向けに様々なブランドを展開していて、フランスでは、代表的な製品である "THE SPIGOL "で知られています。この製品は、サフランを3％使用したスパイスミックスで、ライス（パエリア）、パスタ、ソースなどに色と香りをつけることができます。
私たちは、IFS、オーガニック、Label Rouge、IGPなど、さまざまな認証も取得しています。
1年前には、オーガニック製品とプレミアム製品の新シリーズを発売しました。私たちのCSRアプローチでは、特に地元の生産者によるオーガニック・プロヴァンスハーブの分野に取り組みたいと考えています。オレガノ、ローズマリー、サフラン、カマルグの塩、タイムはすべてPROVENCEのものを使用しています。

The Kalevala Distillery was founded in 2012 by Moritz next to his maternal home in easternmost Finland.
A childhood in Germany, with frequent visit to his mother´s home in Finland developed a keen interest in Finland and Finnish culture. Already in childhood, the history of the maternal homestead as a renowned bootlegging center in the era of prohibition in the 1930´s aroused an unconscious interest for the world of spirits.

Kalevala Distilleryは、フィンランド最東端に設立、創設者の一人Moritzの母方の実家の隣に2012年に設立されました。ドイツで幼少期を過ごしていたMoritzは彼のフィンランドの母親の家を頻繁に訪れる度に、フィンランドとフィンランドの文化に強い関心を抱いていました。そして、Moritzの母の実家の敷地の一画が、1930年代の禁酒法時代によく知られた酒類密輸入の拠点だったという歴史によって、彼は無意識のうちにスピリッツの世界へ関心を持たせるきっかけになっていました。
そして、この無意識に得ていた影響が形となり現れます。彼は十数年後に生物化学工学や化学工学を大学で専攻するのです。
蒸留所をフィンランドのかつての酒類密輸入拠点の納屋で設立するというのは、いわば当然成り行きだったのです。

The MALLOFRÉ family have been winegrowers since 1898.  It was in 2012 when the current generation started bottling the wine under its own brand.
We own 35 hectares located in the Natural Parc of Foix, a protected area at 50 kms from Barcelona.
In our vineyard sheep take care of the vines.
The wine is produced with no haste, allowing it to mature with no aggression and bringing to every process its necessary conditions of coolness, warmth and time.

MALLOFRÉ家は、バルセロナから西方へ50km離れた自然保護区(parc de foix)内に35ヘクタールの畑を所有し、1898年からワイン生産を行っています。  現在の世代が自社ブランドのワインをボトリングするようになったのは、2012年のことです。
