Please use this form to register for the Tuesday, 12 September Joint Sherpa Call. The web meeting will start at 15:30 in Tokyo / 08:30 in Paris, will last 2 hours and will use the Interactio platform.

This call is aimed at Sherpas from both the EU-side and the Japan-side of the BRT. BRT Principal Members are their designated Representatives who will take part in November's annual meeting are also welcome to join the call.

A copy of your answers - and, later, the Interactio link to use - will automatically be sent to the address you give as "Participant's e-mail address". It is also possible to request an additional copy of your answers. 

Because this call is only open to people working for BRT member companies / organisations, for the BRT Secretariat or for the EU or Japanese Authorities please give professional (work) email addresses when registering.

Registration will close on Friday, 8th September for BRT participants and on Tuesday, 5th September for Authority participants. Questions marked with a red star (*) are mandatory.

Please register each participant separately (i.e. if your company would like to have 3 participants, please complete the form 3 times).

Please write your name in Romaji (not kanji) and please give your job title and company/division name in English.

この会議は、BRTメンバー様、BRT事務局、日・EUの関連政府機関の方のみを対象としていますので、ご登録の際には、お勤め先のメールアドレスをご登録ください。

ご登録は、省庁ご発言者様は9月5日（火）まで、BRTメンバー様及びその他の皆様は9月8日（金）までにお願いいたします。
