Tasting

• Appearance: Pale yellow-gold colour, very bright and limpid with soft density.
• In glass: soft aromas of white flowers where we highlight the lily. With aromas of fruit such as apricot and pear. Touch of pepper or liquorice.
• In mouth: Fresh entry that continues in the rest of mouth combined with sourness and a sweet aftertaste.

Serving temperature: between 16° and 18°C.
Alcohol by volume: 13.5% VOL
Pairing: ideal to accompany red meats, baked vegetables or cured cheeses and also perfect to pair with fish such as tuna

Tasting

• Appearance: Clear and bright intense red ruby
• In glass: for aromatics, we find orange aromas, red fruit jam and little touches of tropical fruits. We can notice very soft wood touches.
• In mouth: When entering mouth, it gives us freshness and fruit touches. With sour taste that will give us a very pleasant transition. A kind, light wine and very easy to drink.
