IBSA started in 1974 manufacturing roasted peppers and tomato sauces. Nowadays we have a wide range of products. The biggest features of our organization are: we do not use preservatives, either colourings and all our products are gluten free. 

We obtain one final natural product that preserves its natural freshness and properties. 
We respect the manufacturing tradition of our region “El Bierzo”. (Northwest of Spain).
We have BRC and IFS certificates. 
We also carry out private label projects. 

Our key players are Caramelised Vegetables such as caramelised onion, caramelised peppers and caramelised tomato. Tomato sauces and grilled vegetables are also one of our main products. HORECA Formats and retail ones are available. Also ORGANIC selection is included in our range of products. Shelf life of our products is 5 years in glass jars.
