La Biscuiterie Namuroise

La biscuiterie Namuroise is a local, artisanal cookie factory that makes genuine old-fashioned cookies (with a classic and ORGANIC range). The cookies are based on recipes dating back to 1908 from the great-grandfather of one of the two founders. The age of the recipes means that we have natural products, which boil down to fresh cookies with no preservatives or additives. The creation of the project came from a desire to reconnect with the entrepreneurial spirit of Namur and to give back its letters of nobility to the cookies of yesteryear. This sense of going back to basics is glued to our DNA and our way of working. We want to contribute to the cookie world, revolutionize industrialization and show the world that high-volume production doesn't have to mean denaturing the product. We owe the richness of what we are today to the quality of our cookies and the story they tell when you taste them. By definition, cookies are crunchy, crisp and dry.
