Nordic Chocolate
Nordic Chocolate was born from one girl’s passion for chocolate. At just 14, Jenny Berg – who calls herself “Lady Chocolate” – began visiting factories and meeting cacao farmers around the world. Long before starting her own chocolate factory, she built relationships that remain at the core of Nordic Chocolate today. Our chocolate is organic and handmade in the Arctic region of Sweden. We use wild, native berries picked under the midnight sun and sustainably dried in-house as natural flavors. Pure ingredients – no additives. We make true bean-to-bar chocolate. This means roasting and grinding the cacao ourselves, never melting industrial chocolate. Every bar is organic, vegan, and free from soy, gluten, dairy, and nuts. Chocolate is available in 90 g, 35 g, and 4 g bars. Sustainability guides everything we do. Nothing goes to waste: cacao jute bags become handbags, broken packaging is turned into gift cards, and berries that lose their color are reborn as truffles. Even cacao shells are transformed into a golden treasure – our own crème de cacao liqueur, “Lady Chocolate.” Our factory is also a social enterprise, providing jobs and rehabilitation to those who need it most. Today, our chocolate has won international awards, been served in Michelin-starred restaurants, and even reached the Royal Family. Yet the heart of Nordic Chocolate remains the same: sharing the taste of the Arctic with the world, crafted with passion, care, and respect for both people and planet.
