VR ACETI was founded in the Modena countryside, an area famous around the world for its production of balsamic vinegar. We are pound of our culinary heritage which rooted in this area for generations and handed down by families who have always lived there.

Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from a specific variety of grape and mature in vinegar oak barrels, resulting in a vinegar with a beautiful deep,dark colour, and a unique taste,with hints of fruit and oak. The production process uses modern technologies that completely respect tradition in order to obtain a naturally dense product that follows the old family recipe.

Our products do not contain colourings or thickeners. The whole production, from processing the raw materials to bottling, is guaranteed by control and certification bodies.
