In 2018, we created our family business in Lyon, aware of the need to fundamentally change the way we feed ourselves and take our part in the preservation of our planet.
In order to do that, we decided to create sweet and healthy products at the same time. We are transforming raw ingredients into two products: Chocolate spread and Peanut Butter and Raw energy Balls.
Our claim is simple: Tasty, Healthy and Simple. Our products are made with a Clean Label, only a few ingredients for each product.

Since 2005, RueTRAVERSETTE has been putting in pots everything good and wholesome that the wonderful world of vegetables (and fruits and herbs and spices!) has to offer.
Natural produce cooked with imagination by Stéphane Strobl amongst the vines and the Mediterranean landscapes near Montpellier, in the south of France.  And all completely free of preservatives, additives, and totally gluten free.
“I start with a fruit or a vegetable and imagine a way of preparing it.
Most of the recipes are jotted down on paper, and really come to life after a visit to my local greengrocers where I go to choose my fresh vegetables two to three times a week. My inspiration comes from little day to day things, together with huge amounts of hard work.” explains Stéphane. Organic citrus fruits succumb to his charms, and tomatoes, and ginger…. pulses metamorphose in his pots, onions are cajoled into preserves, and spices and grains are toasted with panache.
The result is a range of awesome products to be used in cooking, plus a whole bunch of creative ideas for aperitif.
All the Rue Traversette style is there: “good taste, good ideas, good mood".

Since 2012 our company manufactures only certified organic foods. Our mission is to promote sustainable, healthy foods and make them available to everyone. As we believe that organic agriculture is the best way to maintain and improve fertility, soil structure, biodiversity, reduce erosion and the risks of human, animal and environmental exposure to toxic materials. We aim to make our production cycle zero waste - we compost the food residues from the production, we have installed a water treatment system. Our goal is use only renewable energy in 2022.
Since day one we have started our RND in order to create innovative and unique products, all 100% gluten free, vegan and organic. Our production facility is IFS Food certified that guarantees the high quality of the products made in our manufacturing facility. We are the first producer in Bulgaria of gluten free breakfasts made with activated seeds, which makes them food at its highest potential. Our portfolio also contains gluten free cookies, raw bonbons with edible flower Rose Damascena. Our probiotic bites are award winning at NOPE London 2017, in category “The best New special diet product”. We are always following the food innovation trends that Is how our Vegan salami was born, as a meat alternative contains no soy and no wheat, two of the biggest world allergens.

Fereikos is in the snail (escargot) farming, processing, packaging and distribution business since 2010 located in Corinth Greece.
Our target customers are both retailers and wholesalers for Ho.Re.Ca , deli shops, restaurants, super markets, fisheries, pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies in Greece and globally. We currently sell our products in over 16 countries including the UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Spain, Belgium and Denmark, among others. We would like to expand into the USA and Asia.
To assist retailers and resellers, we work on packaging and product positioning to end consumers, who are typically trend setters and include men of all ages, women 35-45, and the LGBTQ community. Our positioning is trendy, spontaneous, dynamic, social and active, in addition to being delicious, nutritious and good for the planet.
To secure our supply of snails, we collaborate with 289 farmers from 24 countries including Greece, Cyprus, Canada, Italy, Ukraine, Armenia, Lebanon, Kenya and South Africa. We provide training and technical expertise to our partners, which include existing and new farmers and investors who are looking for growth opportunities and access to global markets. We also assist young and/or unemployed people in starting a new sustainable business.

Bio Benjamin is a Bulgarian company that specializes in the production of Bio (organic) and Vegan chocolates. The Domaine du Château de la Violette, created in 1953, was taken over by Charles-Henri Gayet in the 2000s. Located in the town of Les Marches, the vineyard has grown from 7 hectares to 30 hectares today.
The vineyard is entirely grassed and managed in a reasoned manner to limit treatments as much as possible. Throughout the year, the team strives to take particular care in monitoring the vines, maturities and harvest. The estate has been committed for several years to a reasoned cultivation process of the vine.
These efforts were also rewarded in 2019 with the obtaining of the High Environmental Value Level 3 label, which justifies agriculture that is more respectful of the environment, governed by very rigorous specifications, created and controlled by the French state.
This environmental certification of agricultural holdings is made up of three different levels, the requirements of which are articulated around four themes: the development and maintenance of biodiversity, a reasoned phytosanitary strategy, controlled fertilizer management and adapted water resources management.

Giuliano Caffè is an Italian artisanal high quality coffee roaster, active since 1950 in the Ho.Re.Ca and retail gourmet market.
Our coffees come along with a very appealing accessories line for the Ho.Re.Ca market. All high quality Made in Italy products specifically created to turn the coffee moment into an emotion.  
Besides, at our academy Giuliano Coffee School, we train baristas and partners into the science behind coffee. At our headquarters in Caluso we offer professional courses of Latte Art, Brewing and Barista skills.
In 2014, in the heart of San Salvario in Turin, we founded Orso Laboratorio Caffè. We started our Specialty Coffee Shop to introduce to the Italian market the Specialty Coffee and alternative brewing methods.

Our brand is specialised in Tea. Under the direction of Christine Dattner a recognised specialist of tea in France and author of several books about tea, the brand is strong with innovative blends.
We have a will to sell tea of new taste at an affordable price and top quality.
Christine Dattner created every blend of our company with a unique touch and innovative flavouring. For instance we created an organic blend with a black tea base and ginger, carrot, beet root and curcuma.
Those creation have met a great success in both France and international especially in Korea.

At TinyBird, we create healthy alternatives to highly processed products. Today, we offer a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional sweets. We have developed our products according to strict specifications in terms of ingredients and recipe: we do not use any artificial colouring, flavouring or any preservatives in our candies. We are combining fresh fruits and superfoods in a range of three tasty and healthy products! We have also developed a process ensuring a good conservation of our products with natural ingredients: organic lemon juice and fructose, a sugar naturally present in fruits.
We do not use any artificial flavouring, colouring or any preservatives.
Our last requirement: we manufacture our sweets ourselves, in France!
