100% Tinta de Toro from vines planted between 1900 and 1920.
Natural spontaneous fermentation without added sulphates in open stainless-steel tanks with temperature regulation. Pellicular maceration from 22 to 25 days with manual punching down twice daily.
30 months in 225–litre, 100% new, French oak barrels.
An extremely deep cherry. Especially potent and captivating aromas of ripe black fruits, liquorice, black pepper with balsamic and mineral tones, and a touch of a great cigar. Particularly strong in the mouth, with surprising balance and harmony.
A singular and unique Tinta de Toro, an impressive and memorable red.

Quinta de la Quietud
Quinta de la Quietud is a pioneer winegrower in organic farming within the D.O. Toro, a certification that we proudly achieved in 2002 and that we apply to all our wine production processes, from the artisan work in the vineyard even working with horse our plots, to the recycled cardboard packaging.
We currently elaborate five wines: three reds 100% Tinta de Toro, one organic wine and a sweet white wine (vin de paie), all of them from our own 26-hectare of rainfed bush vineyards.
