
For this very special creation, we joined forces with a renowned birch sap producers Nordic Koivu, from our neighbouring village. Based on our classic Vodka, this special spirit is diluted using the finest locally produced organic birch sap.
Tasting notes: a lovely silky and oily mouthfeel, with subtle floral and woody notes. This is rounded, sweet and balanced. A late pinch of white pepper adds warmth and further depth.

Produced from Xarel.lo 100%.
Straw coloured with an intense aroma, reminiscent of green apple and banana. It leaves a long and slightly acidic taste on the palate, giving it that fresh taste.
Alcohol: 12%. Production: 10.000 bottles

Produced with Merlot 75%, Garnacha 25%.
Fresh young wine of brilliant garnet colour. Intense aromas of red fruit, currant and cherry with floral notes of violets and roses. On the palate it is soft, silky with a slight sweetness and a long aftertaste. It is a very versatile wine that can be drunk at any occasion.
Alcohol: 13.5%. Production: 10.000 bottles.

Sea buckthorn liqueur spirit 17% vol. alc. The unique fruit flavour of the sea buckthorn unfolds particularly expressively in this organic sea buckthorn liqueur. A sea buckthorn highlight for true connoisseurs.

Il Giovo is a red Marche PDO organic wine:
• Varietal composition: Sangiovese 52%; Merlot 22% Montepulciano 20%; Cabernet 6%

• Harvest done in small 20kg crates and transported with the help of our working horse

White wine made with Macabeo (80%) & White Grenache (20%).
Typical grapes varieties from our own old vineyards (+40 years old), situated in the mountains (+750 m above the sea level). Grapes hand harvested in the perfect moment of ripeness. We only use our own indigenous yeast. No herbicides neither pesticides are used. The grapes are fermented and aged in French oak barrels (225 l). Personal & elegant wine with great potential of aging. Numerous awards and great scores both national & international. Less than 4,500 bottles are produced of this wine.

Red wine made with Tempranillo (40%), Black Grenache (35%) & Cabernet Sauvignon (25%).
