For its fragrant aroma and its distinctive taste, acacia honey is the most popular honey product on the external market. A golden yellow color with a thick or viscous consistency, this type of honey crystallizes very slowly. Poor in Glucose but rich in Fructose, acacia honey is very easily assimilated in the body as a very good source of energy.

The Crescia sfogliata, typical of the Montefeltro area, is composed of flour, eggs, water, lard, salt and pepper. All raw materials are organic and Italian origin.
The puff pastry obtained with the rolling pin is greased with lard pork. After, it is rolled on itself until it forms a spiral. It is left to rest for a whole night in the fridge and stretch in the shape of a disc.
Once cooked, it takes the characteristic puff pastry, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
It is typically eaten hot with cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables but it is also suitable for sweet tastes.
To cook your crescia fragrant and tasty, heat up in a non-stick pan, grill pan for 2 minutes per side or in oven for 5 minutes at 180°. Do not add oil or fat and do not heat up in microwave oven.

We have two different type of wildflower honey coming from two different valley of our region, in fact they have different flavours and even different colours.
Strong taste and aroma due to the many nectars’ flowers, that's why this is a very rich and complete honey. They have a normal crystallization.
This is a typical Alps plant that grows at extreme altitude: 2000 meters above the sea, where the environment is absolutely free from human activities.
At liquid state it's light-yellow coloured but it crystallizes very fast getting a unique white colour. Its flavour and aroma are not strong, they remind us to white flowers and snow.
