White Grenache in Concrete Egg Fermented
White Grenache.
Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, facing north- south, in a slime and clayey soil, in organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain unctuous wines.
The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.
Through cold maceration and a refined technique, we obtain the must from the first pressing, going then through cold static decanting into a stainless-steel tank before pouring it into a concrete egg to ferment. This process ends with its ageing on lees for 5 months, constantly stirred in the concrete egg to produce an exquisitely unctuous wine.
The single varietal Grenache from organic farming surprise us with their aromas and flavour, exclusive of a few grape varieties. In the organic farming we have to highlight the formation of microclimate grasses and plants, where the blossom and existence of these stays intimately linked to the flower and berries of the cluster, allowing the wine to dazzle us with the wide nuances below mentioned.
Full-bodied and unctuous on the palate. Well-balanced acidity that is perfectly offset by the sweetness of the tannins found in this variety.
12,5% Vol.

Intense aromas and great complexity. Aromatic balance with the scent of flowers, white stone fruit and a subtle citrus and grassy base note.

Only natural ingredients, authentic handcrafted French product made in La Provence region, in France. This biscuits selection reveals the fine scent of the orange blossoms cultivated in the wonderful village of Vallauris of the Juan Golfe.
The neroli water is extracted from the steamed flowers which have been carefully picked-up manually from bigarade orange trees. One ton of orange blossoms flowers is required to produce one litre of neroli water.

Bodega Las Virtudes
Villena has been a land of wines for hundreds of years, so it is also a land of wineries. Many of these little cellars merged to form Bodega Las Virtudes in 1961, bringing together the tradition and know-how of this wine region. A significant expansion took place in 1972, which is also when we acquired the oak barrels from which the mother solera of our Fondillón wine, the most beautiful jewel of the Alicante region, comes from. Nowadays, we benefit from the most advanced technology, allowing us to have full control over our production.

The plant of the Swedish company is located in Southern Sweden, right on the Kulla peninsula in Skåne. Since 1929, the producer has proudly maintained and developed the tradition of making natural and fine clear apple juice, which in Sweden is called “apple must” and is a high-quality soft drink.
Currently the products are listed in all the big supermarket chains in Sweden, as well as in HoReCa and has several options of packaging which makes it easy to adapt depending on the user.
The whole range of drinks contains only carefully selected apples that are pressed, filtered and eventually bottled and ready for consumption. Nothing is added to the process: the products are free from additives like sugar, preservatives or colouring. The result is a pure clear apple juice. The ORGANIC ANCIENT GRAINS LINE by Donna Itriya is made from a blend of Russello and Perciasacchi grains from organic farming. The wheat has found in the island the environmental conditions to thrive in over fifty specific local varieties. The lower gluten content in ancient Sicilian grains makes all the products derived from them lighter, more digestible, and easier to assimilate, with a lower likelihood of developing increasingly common intolerances, probably due to excessive consumption of modern wheat. Ancient grains, precisely because they are indigenous, are very resilient and grow spontaneously without the excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides. COOKING TIME – 13 minutes for al dente NET WEIGHT – 500 g.

The Donna itriya pasta is made with 100% Sicilian wheat, a precious gift of this incredible land of ours, kneaded with pure water, drawn to bronze and finally dried with the patience of those who have always made the pasta and with the breeze that comes from the sea. Talking about the drying process takes places in static cells with long times at low temperature in order to not alter the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the product, following the tradition of processing according to the artisan method.
