BRT 2026 Annual Meeting Speaking Slots Webform / BRT2026年次会合発言枠希望登録フォーム

The 27th BRT annual meeting will take place on Thursday, 16 April 2026.

No later than 24 February, please complete this webform to indicate during which session(s) your main BRT participant might be interested in giving a formal speech/presentation or making a comment. (By "main BRT participant" we mean your company/organisation's senior-level participant who will be sat physically/virtually at the main table and will have speaking rights.)

Please note that the number of comment slots for each session has been estimated and assumes that all speakers (from the BRT and from the Authorities or elsewhere keep to their allocated time).

The co-Chairs will take speaking slot requests into account when allocating places, but it may not be possible to grant each request given the limited number of presentation and comment slots for each session. During the meeting, if time permits the co-Chairs will also allow people who have not pre-booked a slot to speak.

If your company is NOT interested in either presenting or making a comment during a particular session, please select "Staying silent / deciding on the day".

Working Party Reports & Discussion; Presentation of the Joint Recommendations /ワーキング・パーティー報告・討議／共同提言の発表

This year, we extended the time allocated for the Working Party activity report to 15 minutes at the Annual Meeting. The intention behind this change is to ensure that all member companies can share and understand each Working Party’s achievements over the past year and the key points of their recommendations.

Of the 15 minutes assigned to each Working Party, approximately 7 minutes will be used for reports from the WP leader(s), and around 8 minutes will be allocated for comments and input from participating member companies.

If you would like to offer comments during the 8 minute discussion, please review the recommendation document in advance and inform the secretariat ahead of time (via this webform).

Please keep your comments concise and focused on the working party recommendations, given the limited time we have. If time permits on the day, we also plan to accept real time comments.

 

本年の年次会合では、ワーキング・パーティ（WP）の活動報告に充てる時間を15分拡充いたしました。これは、過去1年間における各WP活動成果および提言の要点について、メンバーの皆様に広く共有し、ご理解いただくことを目的としております。

各ワーキング・パーティ（WP）に割り当てられた15分のうち、約7分をWPリーダーによる活動報告に、残りの約8分を参加メンバー企業からのコメントおよび意見交換とする予定です。

時間に限りがあるため、コメントはワーキング・パーティの提言内容に沿って、簡潔にお願いいたします。
なお、当日の進行状況によっては、その場でのご発言も受け付ける予定です。

8分間のディスカッションにおいてコメントをご希望の場合は、事前に提言書をご確認のうえ、本ウェブフォームを通じて、あらかじめ事務局までお知らせください。

Panel Discussions /パネルディスカッション

The three panel discussions will address "Global Trade", "Economic Security" and "Industrial Competitiveness". Each session will last 75 mins and will include 30 minutes of presentations and 45 mins of Q&A/discussion.

The 30 minutes of presentation wil be divided into:

  • 2x 5-minute presentation slots for the BRT's EU-side
  • 2x 5-minute presentation slots for the BRT's Japan-side
  • 1x 5-minute presentation slot for the EU Authorities
  • 1x 5-minute presentation slot for the Government of Japan.

The 45 minutes of Q&A/discussion will allow Principal Members and Representatives to make interventions of up to 3 minutes in length and for the session's panellists to respond. Interventions can either be pre-booked via this webform or requested spontaneously on the day.

3つのパネルディスカッションでは、「グローバル貿易」「経済安全保障」「産業競争力」をテーマとして取り上げます。各セッションは75分間で、うち30分をプレゼンテーション、45分を質疑応答およびディスカッションとする予定です。

30分間のプレゼンテーションは、以下のとおり構成されます。

  • BREU側：5分×2枠

  • BRT日本側：5分×2枠

  • EU当局：5分×1枠

  • 日本政府：5分×1枠

以上、計30分となります。

45分間の質疑応答・ディスカッションでは、プリンシパルメンバーおよび代表者の皆様に、1回あたり最大3分のご発言をいただき、これに対して当該セッションのパネリストが回答する形式を予定しております。
ご発言は、本ウェブフォームを通じて事前にお申し込みいただくことも、当日その場でご希望いただくことも可能です。

Defence Task Force Report

During this 15-minute session, thyssenkrupp and/or MHI as co-leaders of the BRT Task Force on Defence will present the Task Force's Report.

この15分間のセッションでは、BRT防衛タスクフォースの共同リーダーであるthyssenkruppおよび／または三菱重工業が、同タスクフォースの報告書について発表を行います。
