BRT 2026 document upload

Please use this form for uploading documents for the 2026 BRT (Working Party reports, presentations, speaking notes, etc.). To ensure effective meeting preparations, the deadline for uploading documents is Friday, 20 March.

2026年日・EUビジネス・ラウンドテーブルに関するファイル（ワーキングパーティー提言書、プレゼンテーション資料、ご発言原稿等）は、こちらのフォームよりアップロードをお願いいたします。

You will receive a copy of your upload instructions including a link to the document you uploaded. Copies will also be sent to the BRT Secretariat at the EU-Japan Centre, to the BRT co-Chair companies (Merck and NEC) to the BRT interpreters (and, for the panel discussions, to that session's panellists).

Working party documents (presentations and reports) should be submitted by the EU-side WP leader company, regardless of who will be the speaker during the WP session on 16 April.

Only people whose name appear on the public agenda can give presentations.
Please prepare widescreen (16:9) slides and upload a PPTX file, not a PDF one.
Presenters during the three panel discussions sessions will have a maximum of 2 slides each.

ワーキングパーティー提言書とプレゼンテーション資料は、EU側ワーキングパーティーリーダー会社よりご提出ください。（ワーキングパーティー提言書セッションでのご発言者様に関わらず）

プレゼンテーションは、ご発言枠希望登録フォームより希望を登録いただき、アジェンダに名前が記載される方のみが発表可能です。
スライドはワイドスクリーン（16:9）でご用意いただき、PDFではなくPPTXファイルをアップロードしてください。
テーマ別討論セッションの発表者は、それぞれスライドを最大2枚まで使用いただけます。
