Our gluten free flours with the brand Spigabuona (www.spigabuona.com) are offered on the market with innovative packaging equipped with an airtight and resealable zip on all available formats: 500 g, 2.5 kg and 15 kg. This mix is really good, easy to use and excellent because it is digestibility, unique flavors and varieties of tasty.

Antico Molino Rosso is a Biodedicated organic company that since 1993 produces organic stone ground flours from all cereals. We are based in Verona Italy. We produce 45 types of organic gluten free flours without chemical thickeners, lactose freee and without added sugars. We are starting with a new plant where we produce organic biscuits healthy and of excellent quality. We have six certifications: FSSC 22000, Organic, Biodiversity Friend, CSQA Gluten free, FDA.
