Aymar
The Ferrer family, linked to the world of wine for six generations. Aymar is the expression of a grape, a territory and a vintage. It is named after our ancestor, Luisa Aymar. Her and her husband were – from the start of the 19th Century- embarking on ships loaded with wine from the port of Barcelona headed to Havana, Cuba. Today the family makes wine in memory of our ancestors. These vineyards – with more than half a century history – are producing wines with a long aging process of more than 20 months. A limited production with a seal of quality and an exclusive origin: Penedès.

Aymar Tranquil (Rosé)
Wines

100% Red Xarel·lo

Tasting Notes
  • Color: Brilliant, transparent and pale red color with orange color reflections.
  • Flavor: Delicate and fragrant, with red fruits predominating, like cherries and raspberries and with a slight note of redcurrants.
  • Taste: Passes through the mouth in a velvety ample way, expressing progressively the typical features of the variety. Familia Martínez Bujanda, S.L.
After 130 years of winegrowing history, the fourth and fifth generation are still leading a project comprising five cellars: Finca Antigua (where we've been working in eco-friendly since 2018), Finca Valpiedra (eco since 2021), Finca Montepedroso, Viña Bujanda (with a plot of 7 ha. to make our organic wine) and Cosecheros y Criadores also with ecological wines. These cellars, despite being very different amongst them, have a common ground: the elaboration of wines which outlive any trends, produced from personal vineyards located at privileged enclaves in the designations of origin La Rioja, La Mancha and Rueda. For many years at Familia Martínez Bujanda, are striving to adopt strategies and systems which can produce a positive environmental impact. A clear example of all this is Finca Antigua: The winery’s use of nanotechnology to influence crops. The production of wines with zero residues of phytosanitary elements and heavy metals. Use of artificial grass on their vineyards to save water and put faith in energy efficiency with the self-supply photovoltaic installation.

Finca Antigua Orgánico 2017
This wine is the result of the innovative practices implemented at the vineyards and wineries run by the family of vine-growers and winemakers for more sustainable, organic cultivation, with a strong focus on environmentally respectful viticulture.
Finca Antigua Orgánico 2017 is made from Syrah and Garnacha grapes from the earliest harvest in the history of Finca Antigua, unusually kicking off on 10 August in a really warm summer with the grapes perfectly ripe. From then on, until early September, temperatures remained high, which resulted in a wine with a Mediterranean character – quite unusual for the wines made in this estate. It is a fine, medium acid wine that exhibits subtle tannins and a gentle phenolic presence. It is best to open it within ten years at the longest.

Terre des Chardons
Situated in southern France, “Terre des Chardons” is a 9-hectare vineyard, located around a Mas and a farm dedicated to organic market gardening. We produce wines of temperament, with the finesse and freshness of the south.
Red wines and a rosé in AOP Costières de Nîmes and our white wine in AOP Clairette de Bellegarde, which is one of the rare appellations to include the name of its grape variety and its commune.
In 1999, Mr. Chardon, a passionate wine lover, decided to plant his first vines in place of the existing arboriculture in order to take advantage of the richness of the soil. The 9 hectares of vines are present in addition to the 10 hectares of market gardening and the 7 hectares of olive trees. A farm with a wide variety of crops cultivated in perfect harmony with each other.
We have been Demeter certified since our first harvest in 2002 and biodynamic farming is the fruit of our quality approach.

Blanco Nieva Pie Franco Verdejo
100% made with pre-phylloxera grapes
Made entirely with Verdejo grapes from vines planted in free standing with ages close to 100 years from the Nieva hawks.
After its manual harvest, the must ferments at a low temperature to maintain all its fruit and mineral power. A clean and bright straw yellow wine with the typical greenish reflections of the Verdejo variety.
It is presented with contained aromatic intensity but of great complexity, characterized by the minerality typical of the terrain, notes of slate, accompanied by well-integrated, fresh white fruit. In the same way, we find balsamic and notes of aromatic herbs typical of the variety.
The entry is very silky as a result of aging on fine lees, without losing the Verdejo character in its final bitterness that gives it length. Again, we find the presence of balsamic aromas and good acidity in the aftertaste.
The result is a fresh, elegant wine with aromatic complexity, with great breadth in the mouth that makes it persistent. A whim that will surprise you when you drink it.

Martúe D. O. Pago & Blanco Nieva D.O. Rueda
Bodegas Martúe / D.O. Pago: in the city of Toledo. It is a winery that belongs to the D.O. Pago which is the highest classification of Spanish wines, where there are only 19 wineries in the country which have differential characteristics in their climate and vineyard that make the wines unique and recognizable. Besides, the highest level of viticultural exigency is required in the production procedures to guarantee excellence.
Blanco Nieva / D.O. Rueda: It is a mythical winery for having the oldest Verdejo vineyards in Spain, pre-phylloxeric and centenary. We are located in a secluded area of the high and cold mountains of Segovia city, and our wines are among the most sought after in the D.O. Rueda for presenting wines with different acidity, but above all, with greater sensorial connotations.
