TYPE OF SOIL
We cultivate, vinify and dream in the DOC Friuli Isonzo area in the eastern part of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The Doc Friuli Isonzo is a green area that includes a flat territory on the banks of the Rivers Isonzo and Judrio, gently sloping from the hills of the Collio and the Karst towards the Adriatic Sea.
The Pinot Blanc is grown behind the manor house near the old vegetable garden where grandfather, Severino Brumat, planted the vegetables that enriched the peasant table; there are vineyards that have seen more than 50-70 years of harvests. The terroir is composed of colluvial deposits, red earth and other types coming from floods of other waterways such as Versa and Torre.
The exposure is south-south-east. First year produced: 1963
AGING
The wine is left to age on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about 10 months and a few months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES
One of the most elegant wines, with a straw yellow color and green reflections, the nose is immediately floral and fresh.
Its elegant bouquet of apple, pear and lemon, together with the notes of hazelnut and hay flowers, make it a very versatile wine in combinations. It has a lively acidity and a refinement of flavors, one gets the impression of being on the bank of a river.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Amazingly good with fish dishes but try it, too, with mushroom or truffle first courses.
Perfect for the Japanese cuisine.

Martúe is the winery's star wine, an exhaustive blend of 33% Syrah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot and 19% Malbec and 7% Merlot.
It is a rich, fresh wine, with good aging capacity, round and with fine tannin.
Preparation: Harvesting of the grapes at their optimum moment of maturation at night harvest. Artisanal elaboration, fermentation with native yeasts, long macerations. The wine has been in French oak barrels for 10 months.
The soil: Our limestone, saline and very nutrient-poor soils produce elegant and powerful wines of high quality.
Climate: Extreme temperatures typical of the continental climate with hot, dry summers and cold, dry winters. A wide range of night-day temperatures is observed during the ripening months of the grapes, from July to September, which allows for greater synthesis of polyphenols at night.

Teff is an ancient grain considered to be a superfood because of its multiple health benefits. Although it is still unknown to most people, Teff’s origin is believed to have taken place more than 5000 years ago in Ethiopia, where it is nowadays a staple food. Among its wonderful properties, the absence of gluten in its natural form and the high content of healthy minerals, fiber and essential amino acids can be highlighted.
To make this product , we cook, roll and dry the teff. The result are small flakes with a slight toasted nuts aroma. One of its main proparties is a great capacity to bind water. It is used for bread, mueslis, porridge, for adding to yogurt, for decoration on bread and biscuit, chocolate products,bars,etc.
Teff flakes can substitutebread crubs and other cereal in meat products and they are excellent for making vegan and vegetarian products. Very good meat replacement products can be made.

Our frying oil is a sunflower seed oil extracted from a variety of sunflower that has seeds rich in oleic acid (omega 9), a monounsaturated fatty acid characterized by high stability. It is a perfect oil for frying because of its high smoke point. Nutrition: This oil is rich in oleic acid (Omega 9), a monounsaturated fatty acid with antioxidant and vitalizing properties.
How to use it: Its high smoke point (above 230°C) makes it perfect for dry, crispy frying, but it can also be used for cooking your favorite dishes or in the preparation of baked goods. When frying, it is good to choose an oil with a high smoke point. Of all of them, high oleic sunflower is one of the highest, along with deodorized palm & coconut. High oleic sunflower oil differs from linoleic sunflower oil in terms of composition and use: the former is to be favored for frying, due to its high smoke point; the latter is preferred for sauces and dressings.
