Fattoria Petrini（ファットリア・ペトリーニ）は、イタリア・マルケ州のアドリア海沿岸に位置するM.S.Vito（エムエス・ヴィート）にある家族経営の会社です。現在、クリスティアーノ・ペトリーニとフランチェスカ・ペトリーニは、1989年以来、3代目として100％有機認証のオリーブオイルを生産しています（マルケ州における有機オリーブオイル生産者のパイオニア）。

Cooperative Farming Society
Our cooperative was founded in 1980, so we are pioneer on Italian territory in terms of organic farming. Nowadays we count on more than 100 Organic local farmers. The main objective is to promote the culture of health and respect for the environment through the pursuit of quality, transparent traceability, production methods and product.

私たちは1980年に設立され、イタリア国内では有機農業のパイオニアです。現在では、100人以上の地元の有機農家が参加しています。主な目的は、品質、透明なトレーサビリティー、生産方法、製品を追求することで、健康文化と環境への敬意を促進することです。

“Vignerons Propriétés Associés” means associated estates of winemakers.
Winemakers because we take pride in our status of French harvesting producers.
Estates because our company boasts 20 Chateaux & Domaines.
Associated because we bring together the diversity of our 31 varietals, 3 wineries and 9 designations (Côtes du Rhône Villages, Laudun, Côtes du Rhône, Costières de Nîmes, Languedoc, Single varietals of Languedoc).
Our vineyards are located in the south of the Rhone Valley.  We have the certifications to show that our wines have been produced in our own vineyards with the greatest care and according to a sustainable viticulture. We follow the quality requirements - traceability, HACCP - which made the good reputation of our company founded in 1994. We regularly invest to ensure the quality and personality of the wines. Our wineries are equipped with efficient technical tools for wine vinification and conservation.
The taste of our wines reveals the terroirs, the grape varieties and the people. A style of fresh wines, with beautiful expressions. Wines that invite to be tasted again and again, that do not saturate and that offer magical moments of sensation lasting as long as possible.

31品種、3つのワイナリー、9つの名称（コート・デュ・ローヌ・ヴィラージュ、ローダン、コート・デュ・ローヌ、コスティエール・ド・ニーム、ラングドック、ラングドックの単一品種）の多様性を結集しています。わたしたちの葡萄畑は、ローヌ渓谷の南部に位置ており、ワインは細心かつ最高の注意を払らわれ、また持続可能な栽培方法に従って我々の葡萄園で生産されたことを示す認証を取得しています。
トレーサビリティーの管理、HACCPなどの品質管理基準に従って生産を行うことで我々は信用を築いてきました。
また、我々はワインの品質と個性を確固たるものとして確保するために定期的投資も積極的に行っており、醸造並びに保存のための効率的な技術設備も備えています。
私たちのワインの味わいは、テロワール、葡萄品種、そして造り手たちを表現しています。

Kel Grupo Alimentario , aims to produce the best quality oil " Lectus ". Grown in our own fields where the olives are treated by our staff to their optimum ripeness. We grind it in our oil mill where the most modern food techniques are combined to treat the oil inside. With the millenary artisan tradition of cultivation and pressing of oil. Since on the outside it is a cylindrical building, like the old press system. Representing a large scale, a traditional oil press on esparto baskets.
Small-medium enterprise specialised in the production of olive oil from olives cultivated in our own fields. Different packaging (glass bottles, metal cans) and olive varieties (arbequina, picual, arbosana and koroneiki) are available.
We produce organic and conventional oils.

Bodegas Martúe / D.O. Pago: in the city of Toledo. It is a winery that belongs to the D.O. Pago which is the highest classification of Spanish wines, where there are only 19 wineries in the country which have differential characteristics in their climate and vineyard that make the wines unique and recognizable. Besides, the highest level of viticultural exigency is required in the production procedures to guarantee excellence.
Blanco Nieva / D.O. Rueda: It is a mythical winery for having the oldest Verdejo vineyards in Spain, pre-phylloxeric and centenary. We are located in a secluded area of the high and cold mountains of Segovia city, and our wines are among the most sought after in the D.O. Rueda for presenting wines with different acidity, but above all, with greater sensorial connotations.
