CALL FOR PRE-DEPARTURE BRIEFING EXPERT

Expert with knowledge of Japan’s Green Market Opportunities!

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is seeking an expert to deliver a 60-minute online Pre-Departure Briefing (PDB) for EU SMEs/clusters preparing for the Green Business Mission 2026 in Tokyo. Mission participants will exhibit in the European Pavilion at the Decarbonization Expo 2026 (within Sustainability Management Week / Smart Energy Week) and join a B2B Networking Event the day before the fair.

What we’re looking for
An EU or Japan-based expert who can provide actionable guidance on Japan’s green market—opportunities, regulatory essentials, and entry/partnering strategies.

Key facts

• When (PDB): Late January–Early February 2026 (exact date TBC)
• Format: Online (Zoom), 60 minutes (40-min talk + 20-min Q&A)
• Audience: ~16 selected EU participants (SMEs/clusters)
• Honorarium: Up to EUR 600 (incl. VAT where applicable)
