The Enipeas EVOO Ultra Premium Organic Special Blend is a high-end, organic extra virgin olive oil crafted from two exceptional Greek varieties: Koroneiki and Olympia. The blend balances Koroneiki’s fruity intensity with Olympia’s distinctive, phenolic-rich character, creating a complex EVOO for both demanding consumers and fine gastronomy.
All oils in this collection are made from early-harvest olives (agoureleo) and cold extracted below 25 °C within hours at our approved, certified partner mill in Ilia to protect aroma, taste and nutritional value.
