The first traces of the Kox family's ancestors date back to 1680 with the immigration of the Coex, Dutch people from Bergeijk. The family name was subsequently changed from Coex, to Cox, and finally to Kox. Historical records registered the Kox family as owners of vineyards in 1848. In 1908, Joseph Kox-Tabouring, the grandfather of the current owner, bought plot 317 at a place called "Groussebongert". In 1909 he built the Kox estate (winery and stables). In 1964, François Kox-Risch, the father of the current owner, bought the estate. He was the first member of the family to make winegrowing his profession. In 1977, Laurent Kox, the son of François took over the winery. The first Crémant de Luxembourg produced by the Kox winery was in 1991. Since then, Laurent Kox has specialized in high quality sparkling wines. In July 2014 the daughter of Corinne Kox installed two amphora-shaped clay vessels produced in Georgia (kvevris) and vinified the first orange wines made in Luxembourg.

G7 begins its production in the small Gelato laboratory of our grandfather Guglielmo. Today, G7 is a modern, certified company located close to Bologna still run by the same family.
We recreate the value of the original artisan craft on our production lines, filling and decorating most of our tubs by hand.
We carefully select superior quality raw ingredients such as P.G.I. Piedmont hazelnuts, P.D.O Bronte Pistachio, HQ fresh milk, essential to preserving the unique taste of our Gelato. The quality of our Gelato has been recognized also by experts and professionals that rewarded us with prestigious international prizes.
Since the very beginning, we have been strong promoters of quality, transparency and innovation as a way of meeting the needs of an increasingly demanding and attentive consumer.
We continue to invest in research and development, not just with a view to expanding our product range, but also to adapting to the latest safety protocols.
Moreover, we made our commitment to the environment an integral part of our mission by selecting packaging and product innovations that create mutual benefit for both consumers and planet.
We currently export G7 and Siviero Maria brands, both inspired by our family history, to more than 60 countries.
We offer to our customers GLUTEN FREE Gelato in different sizes (from mini cups 150ml with spoon under the lid to foodservice tub 4,750L).

We are pioneers in the manufacture of handmade Granola in Spain.
Our Granola is a first quality product with a Mediterranean touch of extra virgin olive oil, it's elaborated handmade in Spain keeping the original recipe. La Newyorkina family products is constantly growing because of our ability to reach every type of consumer. We have many flavours, varieties and sizes, such as:

Biofournil is an organic bakery established in 1978 that specializes in making 100% organic traditional leavened breads. Our master bakers use traditional methods to ensure quality at all stages of the production process. Slow kneading, long fermentation and baking on stone plates. We are using the finest organic ingredients: stone ground organic cereal flours - GMO free -, natural leaven, purified water and unrefined sea salt.

Aptunion is a French company part of Mireolian, a familiar group, implanted in South of France, in Apt. The company produces candied fruits: cherries, orange, lemon... and fruits pieces : strawberry, lemon, orange ... for food industry (bakery, chocolate, pastry...)
We produce around 10 000 MT a year in 3 plants located in Apt (South-East of France), to cover our clients all over the world. All our plants are BRC certified and some of our products are organic.
80% of our cherries come from Provence, from farms near to our plant, in order to encourage the regional agriculture and to build a sustainable partnership with the local farmers.
We are making supplier evaluations to ensure high quality raw materials, and strict Production procedures to guarantee the microbiological safety of our products.
We have a sustainable partnership with more than 200 farmers in Provence, APTUNION is a company firmly rooted in the Apt-Lubéron.

Cailleau Herboristerie is a small family company with a high expertise in the supply and transformation of dry herbs and botanicals. We have a know-how in the field of plant since 1868 (indeed we were first a Producer of Roman Chamomile) and we are located in the capital of medicinal herbs, Chemillé-en-Anjou.
We work hand in hand with trustworthy producers to select high quality herbs, roots and seeds and work the materials at our warehouse to meet the various needs of our customers: we are fully equipped to clean, sift, cut and powder the herbs. We are able to offer a wide range of herbs (we have a range of more than 800 plants, with 140 organic certified herbs) that we can offer in bulk, powder or packed in bags, or in “infusettes”/tea bags form. We also offer a range of food supplements with capsules, macerates and gemmotherapy, as well as essential oils.
We have 2 entities at Cailleau : Cailleau Herboristerie and Cailleau Pharmaceutique. In 2016 we created our new entity Cailleau Pharmaceutique in order to meet the administrative burden imposed by the medical drug agency in France. All our herbs are control by our industrial pharmacist to check quality and species. The quality and excellency imposed by the European Pharmacopeia is an absolute priority for Cailleau. In this respect we have obtained in 2021 the ISO 22000 Certification ( a label for the safety management of food products).
