The Donna itriya pasta is made with 100% Sicilian wheat, a precious gift of this incredible land of ours, kneaded with pure water, drawn to bronze and finally dried with the patience of those who have always made the pasta and with the breeze that comes from the sea. Talking about the drying process takes places in static cells with long times at low temperature in order to not alter the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the product, following the tradition of processing according to the artisan method.

Through an innovative technology known as the "air popped system," we employ high temperatures and pressure to "POP" the starch contained inside vegetables (similar to the process used for popcorn). This method allows us to craft crunchy snacks with an impressive 80% less fat than traditional fried crisps available in the market. Our chips boast less than 7% fat, are rich in protein, high in fibre, Organic, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Vegan, and, of course, delicious!

After almost ten years of effort, at the end of 2019, the first Istrian cooperative of extra virgin olive oil producers was founded – PZ Maslinari Istre. The cooperative includes members with olive groves throughout the Istrian peninsula.
