Bold with a proper kick of garlic — tastes just like homemade

Aioli is one of the oldest sauces in the world, and one of the simplest: garlic and oil. In contrast to many industrial versions made with thickeners, spirit vinegar, and garlic powder, our vegan aioli goes back to the original.

Cold-pressed rapeseed oil, real garlic oil in a noticeable quantity, almonds instead of egg, and white wine vinegar instead of spirit vinegar create a bold, creamy, and surprisingly light aioli.

The all-rounder for every kitchen

It goes well with grilled vegetables, chicken, or fish fillet. It is also a classic accompaniment to artichokes and asparagus, and works well with fondue. As a spread for sandwiches and wraps, or as a dip with raw vegetables such as kohlrabi, carrot, and cucumber, it is suitable for a wide range of uses. It also pairs well with toasted sourdough bread and tomatoes.
