Creamy thanks to almonds — not chemistry
Mayo goes with everything. Our vegan mayo is wonderfully creamy and light — because instead of egg, we rely on real almonds. Cold-pressed oils, white wine vinegar, and a hint of Bioland mustard do the rest. The result is a mayo that does not taste like a substitute, but offers a full and satisfying flavour.
Versatile — from chips to coleslaw
It goes well with chips, grilled vegetables, and fritters. It can be used as a spread for sandwiches, to enrich salads, or as a base for coleslaw or remoulade. It also works well as a dip with raw vegetables such as kohlrabi, carrot, and cucumber. Emils’ vegan mayo is a versatile sauce suitable for a wide range of dishes.
Award-winning — recognised for its quality
ÖKO-TEST rated our vegan mayo “very good” in the 06/2025 issue, as one of the best products in the test. PETA awarded it the Vegan Food Award in 2023 as “Best Vegan Mayo.” The eat healthy award in 2016 was an early recognition of the product’s quality and flavour.

Vegan Tartare Sauce — delicately herby, with herbs you can actually taste
Tartare Sauce is one of the great classic sauces. And it can be made wonderfully simply — if you use the right ingredients. Our vegan Tartare Sauce starts where our Bioland mayo leaves off: cold-pressed rapeseed oil, real almonds instead of egg, and white wine vinegar instead of spirit vinegar. To that we add tarragon, marjoram, and chervil — three herbs that give Tartare Sauce its characteristic, pleasantly bitter edge. All from Bioland farming. No additives. No starch.
Wonderfully creamy, hearty, and light.
The ingredients — short, readable, no surprises
Our vegan Tartare Sauce is made with just 9 ingredients, all organically grown. No modified starch, no xanthan, no calcium chloride, no spice extract — and absolutely no spirit vinegar. The creaminess comes from the almonds, the flavour from the herbs, and the freshness from the white wine vinegar. The result is an aromatic remoulade with depth, freshness, and balance — just like homemade.
For all the moments that call for Tartare Sauce
On sandwiches and with breads of every kind. With pan-fried potatoes, jacket potatoes, and roasted vegetables. With pan-fried or steamed fish. As a dip with raw vegetables. As the base for a beetroot salad. A Tartare Sauce that fits a wide variety of dishes.

Bold with a proper kick of garlic — tastes just like homemade
Aioli is one of the oldest sauces in the world, and one of the simplest: garlic and oil. In contrast to many industrial versions made with thickeners, spirit vinegar, and garlic powder, our vegan aioli goes back to the original.
Cold-pressed rapeseed oil, real garlic oil in a noticeable quantity, almonds instead of egg, and white wine vinegar instead of spirit vinegar create a bold, creamy, and surprisingly light aioli.
The all-rounder for every kitchen
It goes well with grilled vegetables, chicken, or fish fillet. It is also a classic accompaniment to artichokes and asparagus, and works well with fondue. As a spread for sandwiches and wraps, or as a dip with raw vegetables such as kohlrabi, carrot, and cucumber, it is suitable for a wide range of uses. It also pairs well with toasted sourdough bread and tomatoes.

✔ 14% Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP — that is why it is brown
✔ Cold-pressed rapeseed oil, Bioland mustard, real onions
✔ Unpasteurised — no egg yolk, no glucose syrup
✔ Zero additives — Bioland certified, vegan, gluten-free
✔ Good Food Award 2017 — quality like homemade
A bold, full-flavoured organic dressing with Aceto Balsamico di Modena
A classic balsamico dressing is often white and creamy. Ours is brown. That is not a mistake, but a visible sign of real ingredients and proof that genuine Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is inside: 14% of it, made from concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, with the characteristic depth and subtle fruity sweetness of authentic southern Italian balsamic tradition. It is complemented by cold-pressed rapeseed oil, Bioland mustard, real onions, and a splash of apple juice.
Five ingredients, all organically grown. No additives. Winner of the Good Food Award 2017.
Real balsamic — not balsamic flavouring
What others suggest through flavour extracts, acidifiers, and lemon juice concentrate, we use as a genuine ingredient: Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, one of Italy’s most protected geographical indications. The 14% content makes the difference between a dressing that truly tastes of balsamic and one where the flavour is only faintly present.
The dressing separates in the bottle — that is physics, not a defect. Just shake briefly before use. It is unpasteurised, because pasteurisation may extend shelf life, but can also reduce flavour.
Balsamico Dressing — more than just a salad dressing
Perfect with tomatoes and caprese. With mixed salads and rocket with parmesan. With couscous, lentil salad, and tabbouleh. With Mediterranean roasted vegetables. As a marinade for chicken or courgette on the grill. As a dip with bread and bruschetta. Suitable wherever a little boldness is welcome.

Herbs, garlic, mustard — a classic vinaigrette, exactly as it should be
A vinaigrette is fundamentally simple: oil, vinegar, mustard, herbs. Many ready-made vinaigrettes, however, are quite different, often made as water-based emulsions with glucose-fructose syrup, egg yolk, modified starch, and only minimal herb content. Our French Vinaigrette starts where a good homemade dressing leaves off: cold-pressed rapeseed oil as the base, apple cider vinegar for fresh acidity, Bioland mustard with apple must, coriander and turmeric, and real garlic as cold-pressed oil.
The result is a little flavour explosion of fresh, green, and aromatic notes — natural, balanced, and pleasantly light. Quality like homemade — because it very nearly is.
Parsley, chives, chervil — herbs you can actually taste
Three classic herbs from French cuisine form a fines herbes blend: parsley, chives, and chervil. All are organically grown. They are used not as flavour extracts or aromas, but as real ingredients that can be seen and tasted in the dressing.
To this we add a Bioland mustard with a story of its own: made with apple must instead of spirit vinegar, with rock salt, coriander, and turmeric. Nine ingredients, all organically grown. No additives.
The dressing separates in the bottle — that is physics, not a defect. Just shake briefly before use. It is unpasteurised, because flavour does not benefit from heat treatment.
For salads — and everything that deserves a fresh, herby kick
It goes well with bold and bitter leaf salads such as rocket, radicchio, and endive. It also pairs well with cheeses such as goat’s cheese, feta, and parmesan, as well as with sandwiches and baguettes. It can be used as a marinade for vegetables before grilling, with lentil salad and couscous, or on toasted bread as a fresh finishing touch. It is suitable wherever a dressing should be more than just a simple oil-and-acid mixture.
