Mayo goes with everything. Our vegan mayo is wonderfully creamy and light — because instead of egg, we rely on real almonds. Cold-pressed oils, white wine vinegar, and a hint of Bioland mustard do the rest. The result is a mayo that does not taste like a substitute, but offers a full and satisfying flavour.
Versatile — from chips to coleslaw
It goes well with chips, grilled vegetables, and fritters. It can be used as a spread for sandwiches, to enrich salads, or as a base for coleslaw or remoulade. It also works well as a dip with raw vegetables such as kohlrabi, carrot, and cucumber. Emils’ vegan mayo is a versatile sauce suitable for a wide range of dishes.

ÖKO-TEST rated our vegan mayo “very good” in the 06/2025 issue, as one of the best products in the test. PETA awarded it the Vegan Food Award in 2023 as “Best Vegan Mayo.” The eat healthy award in 2016 was an early recognition of the product’s quality and flavour.
