Early harvest and good practices at all stages of production ensures a well balanced extra virgin olive oil of very low acidity, excellent organoleptic characteristics and a high percentage of phenols for which it holds a health claim.
It is therefore a health-protective product aiming at the same time to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Teff is an ancient grain considered to be a superfood because of its multiple health benefits. Although it is still unknown to most people, Teff’s origin is believed to have taken place more than 5000 years ago in Ethiopia, where it is nowadays a staple food. Among its wonderful properties, the absence of gluten in its natural form and the high content of healthy minerals, fiber and essential amino acids can be highlighted.
The harvested teff is cleaned, sterilized and blended to guarantee a clean standardized grain that can be used for milling, as an ingredient in other industrial processes or to pack into consumer sized packing. There are two varieties available: white and brown teff

To make this product , we cook, roll and dry the teff. The result are small flakes with a slight toasted nuts aroma. One of its main proparties is a great capacity to bind water. It is used for bread, mueslis, porridge, for adding to yogurt, for decoration on bread and biscuit, chocolate products,bars,etc.
Teff flakes can substitutebread crubs and other cereal in meat products and they are excellent for making vegan and vegetarian products. Very good meat replacement products can be made.

In the Koroneiki variety in Maroni in Larnaca, the olive trees are located at a distance of 1.5 km from
the sea at a height of 20m.
The climate in the area is characterized by mild winters and hot dry summers.
These conditions give a special aroma and taste to the olive oil.
Flower Honey is a preferred choice for a lot of customers. It is yellow to amber in colour, and has a rich flower scent. The produce is collected in the summer months from a wide range of flowers. It is suitable for cooking a variety of every-day meals.
Rose honey is a combination of white honey and rose oil. Rose oil is produced via steam distillation of fresh rose petals. Enjoy the taste and aroma of 3 rose blossoms in a 230 gr jar. Rose oil is considered to improve digestion and detoxify the lungs and gall. Rose honey goes well with yoghurt, fresh fruits and cereal.
White honey’s structure makes it an excellent toast spread option. The produce is gathered in the summer, in the foot of the mountains in Eastern Bulgaria where you’ll find a wide variety of herbs and trees. White honey is perfect for pancakes, porridge, shakes, smoothies, and other breakfast food.
