Martúe
Martúe is the winery's star wine, an exhaustive blend of 33% Syrah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot and 19% Malbec and 7% Merlot.
It is a rich, fresh wine, with good aging capacity, round and with fine tannin.
Preparation: Harvesting of the grapes at their optimum moment of maturation at night harvest. Artisanal elaboration, fermentation with native yeasts, long macerations. The wine has been in French oak barrels for 10 months.
The soil: Our limestone, saline and very nutrient-poor soils produce elegant and powerful wines of high quality.
Climate: Extreme temperatures typical of the continental climate with hot, dry summers and cold, dry winters. A wide range of night-day temperatures is observed during the ripening months of the grapes, from July to September, which allows for greater synthesis of polyphenols at night.

Martúe D. O. Pago & Blanco Nieva D.O. Rueda
Bodegas Martúe / D.O. Pago: in the city of Toledo. It is a winery that belongs to the D.O. Pago which is the highest classification of Spanish wines, where there are only 19 wineries in the country which have differential characteristics in their climate and vineyard that make the wines unique and recognizable. Besides, the highest level of viticultural exigency is required in the production procedures to guarantee excellence.
Blanco Nieva / D.O. Rueda: It is a mythical winery for having the oldest Verdejo vineyards in Spain, pre-phylloxeric and centenary. We are located in a secluded area of the high and cold mountains of Segovia city, and our wines are among the most sought after in the D.O. Rueda for presenting wines with different acidity, but above all, with greater sensorial connotations.

Vega Vella White
Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and White Grenache
Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, facing north- south, in a fertile soil, clay- calcareous, in organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain unctuous wines.
The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.
Elaboration: Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Fresh, aromatic wine, with a little carbonic from the maceration itself, which gives us aroma, soft freshness, velvety flavour and produces endless ethereal sensations that relax the spirit and soul.
Alcohol: 13,0% Vol.
Serve at 8-10 ºC
Colour: Lemon yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple and kiwi, combined with citric fruits. Also, prominent aromas of green fruits and a hint of herbs, giving way to a certain minerality.
Palate: Fresh and strong in the mouth, with powerful citrus and mineral notes. The Sauvignon Blanc provides freshness, spectacular aromas and an agreeable acidity, to counterbalance the creaminess and volume of the White Grenache.
Parish: White fish, seafood, rice, pasta, potatoes and light structure dishes.

Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía
We are a family Rioja winery with one of the largest offer of organic wines with modern cut in the market – being, in example,  the most Decanter Awarded Rioja winery in 2020- and we are enlarging our distribution network, considering that we elaborate some wines totally different to other riojas with Vega Vella, as well as the most representative riojas with Cornelio.
Vega Vella is one of the largest range of organic wines in the market.
Over 30 years in organic farming, which grants a high degree of expertise, purity of the terroir and variety and allow us to focus on high quality, enabled by low productions and the privileged
location of our terroirs, in windy sun facing slopes, poor clay soils and Mediterranean climate with scarce annual rainfall.
Modern procedures, protecting and enhancing the fruits, scarce varieties in Rioja and innovative blending make our wines special, attractive and modern.
Like Cornelio, limited editions, High International Ratings, certify our excellence. We have been the most Decanter Awarded winery in Rioja in 2020 and for third year in a row great winner at Ecovino.

White Grenache in Concrete Egg Fermented
White Grenache.
Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, facing north- south, in a slime and clayey soil, in organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain unctuous wines.
The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.
Through cold maceration and a refined technique, we obtain the must from the first pressing, going then through cold static decanting into a stainless-steel tank before pouring it into a concrete egg to ferment. This process ends with its ageing on lees for 5 months, constantly stirred in the concrete egg to produce an exquisitely unctuous wine.
The single varietal Grenache from organic farming surprise us with their aromas and flavour, exclusive of a few grape varieties. In the organic farming we have to highlight the formation of microclimate grasses and plants, where the blossom and existence of these stays intimately linked to the flower and berries of the cluster, allowing the wine to dazzle us with the wide nuances below mentioned.
Full-bodied and unctuous on the palate. Well-balanced acidity that is perfectly offset by the sweetness of the tannins found in this variety.
12,5% Vol.
8-10ºC.
Pale yellow colour with glints of green hint
Intense aromas and great complexity. Aromatic balance with the scent of flowers, white stone fruit and a subtle citrus and grassy base note.
Full-bodied and unctuous on the palate. Well-balanced acidity that is perfectly offset by the sweetness of the tannins found in this variety.
It combines with pates, all kind of cheese, dry nuts, fish, seafood and appetizers.
