A very pleasant and elegant white wine, produced on the family estate in the Bordeaux region, in the Entre-deux-Mers PDO between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.
Its production is based on the principles of sustainable viticulture and the development of biodiversity.
Puyfromage Blanc, with its atypical blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon, and 15% Muscadelle, is aged on fine lees for 3 months, which brings it aromatic richness, suppleness, and roundness.
The wine reveals a clear, pale gold colour with silver highlights. Expressive nose with aromas of yellow fruits (pear, white peach), followed by citrus and mineral notes. The attack is lively, and the mid-palate is pleasantly velvety—a full-bodied wine with a long, citrusy finish.
Perfect for an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fried foods, white meats, and poultry. Excellent with seafood, cheese, and salads.
