This very pleasant rosé wine is made from organically grown grapes.
Coming from one of the smallest Bordeaux appellations, Francs Côtes de Bordeaux, Puyfromage rosé is produced in limited quantities of approximately 2,500 bottles per year.
It reveals a bright, pale color with rose-gold highlights.
On the nose, intense notes of citrus and candied fruit evolve into more pastry-like aromas, notably lemon curd.
The aromatic persistence is remarkable.
On the palate, the attack is round and velvety, supported by an elegant liveliness that accompanies the lengthy notes of red berries (blackcurrant) and toasted almonds.
Excellent for convivial and festive meals!
