RueTRAVERSETTE
Since 2005, RueTRAVERSETTE has been putting in pots everything good and wholesome that the wonderful world of vegetables (and fruits and herbs and spices!) has to offer.
Natural produce cooked with imagination by Stéphane Strobl amongst the vines and the Mediterranean landscapes near Montpellier, in the south of France.  And all completely free of preservatives, additives, and totally gluten free.
“I start with a fruit or a vegetable and imagine a way of preparing it.
Most of the recipes are jotted down on paper, and really come to life after a visit to my local greengrocers where I go to choose my fresh vegetables two to three times a week. My inspiration comes from little day to day things, together with huge amounts of hard work.” explains Stéphane. Organic citrus fruits succumb to his charms, and tomatoes, and ginger…. pulses metamorphose in his pots, onions are cajoled into preserves, and spices and grains are toasted with panache.
The result is a range of awesome products to be used in cooking, plus a whole bunch of creative ideas for aperitif.

Grapeseed Oil
Grapeseed oil is made of the seeds of sun-ripened grapes. Cold-pressed grapeseed oil is a dark green liquid, with a characteristic flavour. It keeps its flavour even at a temperature above 200°C.
This oil is easily digestible and cholesterol-free. It can help to protect the vascular system against sclerosis, and to strengthen blood vessels and capillary walls, reducing the danger of thrombosis. It has strong antioxidant effect. During cold-pressing we only use mechanical force to obtain the oil from the seeds. This way their valuable nutritional properties remain unchanged: the unsaturated fatty acids and the vitamins will not be decomposed during the process, so they can strengthen our health or nourish our skin. Our environmentally friendly "zero waste" technology ensures that are not any unused by-products. Every part of the incoming raw materials will be used for production, primarily for food products, but also for cosmetics and animal feed as well. We currently use 20 types of seeds from we press oil, produce seed flour, seed butter and cosmetic products. The oils are packaged in dark coloured glass bottles to conserve their outstanding quality as long as possible. Organic Linseed Oil
A vegetable oil that contains the highest amounts of essential fatty acids, especially Omega-3, that cannot be produced by the human or animal body. Because of its high vitamin E content, it is an antioxidant and has an anti-inflammatory effect. It helps prevent exercise-induced muscle soreness and can also be useful for maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
Attention! Patients taking anticoagulants and patients with haemophilia should only use the product under medical supervision.
Some plain cream cheese sprinkled with linseed oil and some chopped red onions makes a great and healthy breakfast.
Athletes are advised to consume a tablespoon of it every day, even on its own.

The organic extra-virgin olive oil called “Il Nostro Oro” (Our Gold) is the highest quality and value. There are numerous reasons why this is true:
-    the olives are grown organically;
-    the olives are harvested by hand;
-    the olives are collected in small crates and processed immediately (maximum of two to four hours after harvesting);
-    the olives are ground in the company mill.

Azienda Agricola La Quercia Scarlatta
La Quercia Scarlatta is a family-run farm specialized in organic products such as wines, EVO oil and cosmetics. The Italian company is located in the hills of Marche region at ten Kilometres from the sea, in an area that seems suited to organic production thanks to the particular characteristics of soil and climate. The company has developed its activity on the concept “from farm to market” making high-quality products directly managing the entire production and transformation chain that goes from the land to the final client. The vineyards are organically managed and produce white, red and straw wines, enhancing a rare and very ancient grape variety (Maceratino Ribona) of this area. The organic extra-virgin olive oil called “Il Nostro oro” (Our Gold) comes from olives organically grown in the farm, harvested by hand, collected in small crates and processed immediately. The eco bio cosmetics certified complete the line of products made by organic raw materials and composed with the help of bio cosmetics experts.

Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a typical sweet-and-sour condiment, specifica of Emilia Romagna Region and holding the Protected Geographic Indication European LOGO (IGP/PGI). Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from the fermentation, acidifying and aging of Grape juice (Must). The aging should take place in wood barrels for at leat 60 days to obtain the IGP/PGI certification and acidity should be minimum 6%. It is possible to add Caramel as a colouring agent but all the REALE products are Colouring-free. In fact, we use natural aging in wood barrels and do not use any additive or preservative. We offer also aged and creamy Balsamic vinegars because when Balsamic is aged it becomes creamy and thick. Therefore, a young balsamic is used to dress salads while an older balsamic can be used on fruit and desserts as well.

Acetaia Oddolini is a family run business specialising in the production of Balsamic Vinegar, organic condiments and flavoured balsamic jams. The company certified organic, is based in Cavezzo, in the province of Modena. The farm was born after the terrible earthquake of 2012 in Emilia.
The Oddolini family ambition is to sustain the high-quality products, of which the Modena region is renowned for.
